NEM Wallet Terms and Conditions

    By downloading, installing, or using the NEM Wallet software (hereinafter referred to as “the Wallet”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Wallet.

  2. Use of the Wallet
    The Wallet is intended for the secure storage and management of NEM cryptocurrency (XEM). You are solely responsible for the security of your Wallet credentials and the use of the Wallet.

You agree not to use the Wallet for any illegal or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to:

  • Money laundering

  • Fraudulent transactions

  • Violation of any applicable laws or regulations

NEM Wallet makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided through the Wallet.

    In no event shall NEM Wallet, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Wallet.

    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in the United States for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions.

    NEM Wallet reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Wallet after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
